RRB NTPC 2024 Application Process Open for Graduate-Level Posts
The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have started accepting online applications for graduate-level positions under the Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC). Interested candidates can submit their applications through CEN 05/2024 on the official website, rrbapply.gov.in. The last date to apply is 13th October 2024.
Key Dates for RRB NTPC 2024
The application window for graduate-level posts is open from 14th September to 13th October 2024. After the deadline, the fee payment portal will be available on 14th and 15th October. Candidates can make corrections to their applications from 16th to 25th October 2024.

RRB NTPC 2024 Graduate-Level Vacancies
A total of 8,113 graduate-level positions are available. The specific vacancies are:
- Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor: 1,736 positions
- Station Master: 994 positions
- Goods Train Manager: 3,144 positions
- Junior Account Assistant cum Typist: 1,507 positions
- Senior Clerk cum Typist: 732 positions
Undergraduate-Level Vacancies Coming Soon
A detailed notification for 3,445 undergraduate-level vacancies under CEN 06/2024 will be released soon. Applications for these posts will be accepted from 21st September to 20th October 2024. The vacancies include:
- Commercial cum Ticket Clerk: 2,022 positions
- Accounts Clerk cum Typist: 361 positions
- Junior Clerk cum Typist: 990 positions
- Trains Clerk: 72 positions
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should be between 18 and 36 years old as of 1st January 2025. Age relaxation is available for candidates in reserved categories. For detailed eligibility requirements, refer to the official notification.
Application Fees and Refund
The application fee is ₹250 for SC, ST, female, PwBD, transgender, ex-servicemen, minority, and economically weaker candidates. For other applicants, the fee is ₹500. Candidates who appear for the computer-based test will receive a partial refund after bank charges are deducted.
