Bengaluru Executive Found Dead: Allegations of Harassment Unveiled
A 34-year-old man Atul Subhash from Uttar Pradesh was discovered dead in his Bengaluru home on Monday. The incident took place in Marathahalli’s Manjunath Layout.
The man, identified as Atul Subhash, worked as a senior executive at a private firm. He reportedly left a 24-page note accusing his wife and her family of harassment. Police confirmed the note was emailed to several people and shared in an NGO WhatsApp group.
Details of the Incident
Subhash lived alone after separating from his wife. His wife had recently filed a domestic violence case against him in Uttar Pradesh. Police believe this may have added to his emotional distress.
Before taking the extreme step, Subhash left detailed instructions. He pasted information about his death note, vehicle keys, and tasks on a cupboard. A placard reading “Justice is due” was also displayed in his home.
Police Investigation
A senior officer stated that a case of unnatural death has been registered. Charges of abetment have been filed against his wife and her relatives based on a neighbor’s complaint.
Authorities are conducting an in-depth investigation into the case.
