Diljit Dosanjh Adds Delhi and Jaipur Shows to Dil-Luminati Tour After Fan Demand
Diljit Dosanjh is giving his fans what they asked for. The popular Punjabi singer has added two more shows to the India leg of his Dil-Luminati Tour after fans expressed disappointment over Jaipur being left out.
New Shows Announced
On Tuesday, the tour promoters revealed two new dates—an extra show in Delhi on October 27 and a performance in Jaipur on November 3. Diljit shared the news on his Instagram Stories, confirming that tickets would be available from Wednesday, October 9. The singer was already scheduled to perform in Delhi on October 26.
Fans had been eagerly waiting for these announcements after Diljit mentioned in September that additional shows in Delhi and Jaipur were in the works.
Ticket Frenzy
The tickets for Diljit’s Dil-Luminati Tour first went on sale on September 10, and the response was overwhelming. Most shows sold out within minutes, showcasing the immense popularity of the singer. An X user even compared the frenzy to the Cricket World Cup, tweeting, “Tickets sold out in a minute for Dil-Luminati. Reminds me of World Cup ticket madness.”
India Tour Details
Diljit is thrilled by the fan response to his upcoming Dil-Luminati India Tour 2024. The tour has already set records, becoming the highest-grossing concert tour in India with the sale of 2.5 lakh tickets.
The India leg kicks off in Delhi on October 26, followed by another show on October 27. After Jaipur on November 3, Diljit will head to Hyderabad on November 15, Ahmedabad on November 17, and Lucknow on November 22. The tour will continue to Pune, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Indore, and Chandigarh, before wrapping up in Guwahati on December 29.
