Haryana CM Criticizes AAP Governmnet in Rajinder Nagar
Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini campaigned for BJP in Delhi’s Rajinder Nagar on Tuesday, He accused the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) of failing to fulfill its promises and urged voters to remove the Kejriwal-led government.
Saini spoke at a public meeting in Rajinder Nagar, a coaching hub that witnessed tragedy last year. Three civil service aspirants lost their lives in rain-induced flooding at a coaching institute.
Allegations Against AAP
Haryana CM Saini criticized AAP for neglecting public welfare and breaking promises.
- Unfulfilled Promises: He said Kejriwal promised to help poor children become doctors and engineers but instead opened liquor shops in every neighborhood.
- Water Crisis: Residents continue to struggle with dirty water despite promises of clean water supply.
- Poor Infrastructure: Roads remain in bad condition, and the city has not seen the promised transformation into “Paris.”
A Call for Change
Saini urged voters to reject AAP. He asked them to pledge to oust the “corrupt” government and vote for BJP on February 5. “Let’s make the lotus bloom in Delhi,” he said.
He also criticized AAP for not implementing the Centre’s Ayushman Bharat Health scheme. “The poor are deprived of healthcare because of Kejriwal’s government,” he added.
Jibe at Kejriwal
In a sharp dig, Saini referred to Kejriwal as being out of jail “on leave.” He suggested that the AAP chief would return to Tihar Jail after the election results.
Election Dates
Delhi Assembly elections will be held on February 5, with results announced on February 8. BJP aims to end AAP’s decade-long rule in the capital.
