ICPR Announces Vacancy for Member Secretary Position
The Indian Council of Philosophical Research (ICPR) has invited applications for the post of Member Secretary (Group ‘A’). Candidates aged 45 years or older can apply. The selected candidate will receive a Level-13A pay scale (₹1,31,100-2,16,600) under the Pay Matrix.
Eligibility Criteria
For Direct Recruitment:
- Must be an eminent scholar in philosophy.
- Should have extensive experience in research, academics, and administration.
For Transfer on Deputation:
- Must be a Professor at a recognized university or a scholar with at least 15 years of teaching/research experience.
- Administrative experience is required.
Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following:
- Matriculation/Secondary Certificate (for age proof).
- Final Mark Sheet/Degree (as proof of educational qualification).
- Employer Certificate (for departmental candidates, as per Annexure-I).
- Government Employees:
- May send an advance copy of the application.
- Final application must be forwarded through the proper channel along with attested copies of the last five years’ APARs.
Selection Process & Application Submission
- Shortlisted candidates will be notified via post, email, and the official website www.icpr.in.
- Candidates working in Central/State Governments, Universities, and Autonomous Bodies can send an advance copy, but it will be processed only after receiving the application through the forwarding authority.
