Mumbai Police Arrest Two for Threatening to Bomb Eknath Shinde’s Car
Mumbai police arrested two men from Buldhana for sending a bomb threat via email. The threat targeted Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s car.
The accused are Mangesh Achyutrao Wayal (35) and Abhay Gajanan Shingane (22). Both live in Deulgaon Mahi, Buldhana. Police apprehended them in Deulgaon, Buldhana.
Goregaon Police Station received the threatening email. Authorities acted swiftly and registered an FIR under sections 351(3), 351(4), and 353(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
Officials confirmed that the accused will be brought to Mumbai for further investigation.
