Nurse Escapes Gang-Rape Attempt in Bihar Hospital
Attack at a Private Hospital
In Bihar, a nurse at a private hospital faced a horrifying assault on Wednesday night. Three men, including Dr. Sanjay Kumar, the hospital’s administrator, attempted to gang-rape her. The incident occurred at RBS Health Care Centre in Samastipur district.
Brave Escape
While struggling to break free from the attackers, the nurse used a blade to injure Dr. Kumar. She managed to escape and sought refuge in a nearby field. From there, she contacted the police.

Quick Police Response
Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sanjay Kumar Pandey, confirmed that officers rushed to the hospital. After ensuring the nurse’s safety, they arrested Dr. Kumar and two other men, Sunil Kumar Gupta and Awadhesh Kumar.
Men Tried to Hide Evidence
Before the assault, the three men, all intoxicated, locked the hospital from inside and disabled the CCTV cameras. The police recovered crucial evidence, including the blade used by the nurse, a half-empty liquor bottle, blood-stained clothes, and three mobile phones.
Additional Charges
Since Bihar enforces strict prohibition laws, the three men face additional charges for consuming alcohol. Authorities praised the nurse for her quick thinking and bravery, which ultimately saved her from further harm.
