According to DSP Narendra Nadar, Ansari deleted a message featuring a picture of Lord Ganesh posted by a group member, which included parents and teachers. The school WhatsApp group, named the School Management Development Committee (SMDC), became the center of controversy when the post was removed. After a teacher reposted similar greetings, Ansari allegedly deleted the message once more, intensifying the situation.
Villagers gathered outside the school to protest, calling for action against Ansari. Local police, led by SHO Uttam Singh of Bapawar Police Station, arrested the principal for disturbing communal harmony under Section 127 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS). However, Ansari was granted bail and released later the same day.
Despite the protests, the situation in the village remained peaceful as authorities continued to monitor the case.
