Sharjeel Imam remains in jail for his alleged involvement in the Delhi riots. However, his family recently found a reason to celebrate. His younger sister, Farah Nishat, passed the 32nd Bihar Judicial Service Examination. She has now been appointed as a judge.
Muzammil Imam, Sharjeel’s younger brother, shared this proud moment on social media. In his post, he reflected on life’s contrasting events. “While my brother, who has fought against oppression, remains behind bars, my sister will now deliver justice from the judge’s chair,” he wrote. Muzammil praised Farah’s achievement, describing it as a source of hope for their family. He added, “May Allah give you the strength to ensure no innocent person faces injustice during your tenure.”
