Guests enjoyed a grazing board and a unique twist on Aloo Tikki Chaat. Chef Velton described it as a mix of chilled coconut yogurt, parsley, cilantro chutney, and a spiced sweet potato almondine tikki. This creative appetizer set the stage for the meal. A Delectable Dinner Spread For dinner, Sonam and her guests savored a variety of dishes. The menu included Kerala-style curry, Honey-roasted duck masala, and Crispy garlic Brussels sprouts. Additional dishes like Chicken and basil shorba, Kolkata-style veggie milk pulao, Jeera baby aloo, and Green beans with coconut sabji added to the feast. Roasted black pepper chicken, Patli dal, Stir-fried chutney veggies with Barista onions, and steamed rice completed the spread. The chef was prepared for any last-minute changes. When one guest mentioned they didn't eat meat, he quickly made a substitution. The guests loved the food and appreciated the beautiful presentation.
