He added, “We depend on timely payments to support ourselves and our families. Facing such issues after dedicating time and effort to a company is heartbreaking. I hope no one else has to experience this.” Community Support Floods In The post quickly went viral, attracting support and advice from professionals online. One user commented, “You should consult a labour lawyer and file a complaint. This is unacceptable.” Another shared, “I faced a similar issue. Approach the Ministry of Labour or file a case in the labour court.” A third user expressed, “This is disheartening. No one deserves this kind of treatment, especially when they’ve performed well.” Others advised documenting all communications and seeking legal help to ensure justice.
