
Tragic Tower Collapse in Madhya Pradesh
A 400 KV transmission line tower collapsed in Sidhi district, Madhya Pradesh, on Thursday, leaving three workers dead and six injured. The incident occurred around noon in Aamdad village under Rampur Naikin tehsil.
Labourers Caught in Collapse
The workers were replacing old towers with new ones when tragedy struck. Two died on the spot, and a third succumbed to injuries on the way to the hospital. Six injured workers were rushed to Sanjay Gandhi Medical College in Rewa for treatment.
Victims from West Bengal
Sidhi Superintendent of Police Ravindra Verma confirmed that the victims hailed from West Bengal. Efforts are underway to identify them.
