Traffic Advisory Issued Ahead of PM Modi’s Visit to Greater Noida for Semicon India 2024
Noida Traffic Police have issued an important traffic advisory ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Greater Noida on September 11 for the inauguration of Semicon India 2024, a three-day event focused on the semiconductor ecosystem.
In preparation for the high-profile visit, traffic disruptions are expected, and several routes will be diverted. The police have suggested alternate routes to ensure smooth travel during the event. According to a release from the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), PM Modi will reach India Expo Mart in Greater Noida at around 10:30 am.

Key Traffic Diversions:
- Chilla Red Light: Traffic diverted at Sector 14A flyover towards Sector 15 roundabout.
- DND Flyway: Vehicles redirected at Rajnigandha Chowk (Sector 16).
- Kalindi Kunj Border: Traffic diverted at Sector 37.

Other Important Route Changes:
- Char Murti Roundabout: Traffic from Greater Noida to Noida via the expressway will be diverted towards Sector 94.
- GIP Mall: Vehicles must take a U-turn under the Film City flyover.
- Sector 37 to Greater Noida: Vehicles will be rerouted via the double service road at the Sector 44 roundabout.
- Agra to Noida: Traffic will be redirected after Jewar Toll towards the Sobata underpass.
- Surajpur Route: From Pari Chowk to Greater Noida West.
- Sector 130: Traffic diverted from Surajpur.
- P-3 Roundabout: Rerouting towards Swarn Nagri to reach Greater Noida West.
- Hindon Cut: Vehicles will be redirected at Sector 151 onto the double service road.
- Rajiv Gandhi Chowk to DND Flyway: Rerouting via DSC towards Ashok Nagar.
- Sector 15 Roundabout to DND Flyway: Movement redirected towards Ashoka Nagar.
This traffic plan aims to ensure minimal disruption during the event, so travelers are advised to follow the suggested routes.
