Designer Exposes Unpaid Salary Struggle, Sparks Support
A Delhi graphic designer has captured widespread attention with his viral LinkedIn post. He revealed that his employer, VMS Pvt Ltd, has withheld his salary for four months.
The Unresolved Struggle
The designer, Lucky Siddiqui, shared his distress over unpaid dues. Despite meeting all job expectations, his salary remained unpaid. He repeatedly tried to address the issue through internal channels, but his efforts were ignored.
In his post, Siddiqui wrote, “I fulfilled all my responsibilities, yet I haven’t been paid for four months. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this internally, the issue remains unresolved.”
A Plea for Help
Siddiqui shared a screenshot of a conversation with his boss. The message warned him not to call again or risk being blocked. Feeling helpless, Siddiqui turned to LinkedIn for advice. He asked for guidance on legal or professional steps to recover his dues.
He added, “We depend on timely payments to support ourselves and our families. Facing such issues after dedicating time and effort to a company is heartbreaking. I hope no one else has to experience this.”
Community Support Floods In
The post quickly went viral, attracting support and advice from professionals online.
